aespa is Set to Perform on Coachella’s Main Stage This Weekend

Girl group ‘aespa’ will be on the main stage of ‘Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’, the largest outdoor music festival in the US.

aespa will be the first K-pop girl group to be officially invited to the main stage of Coachella, a music festival held in Coachella Valley, a desert area in Indio, California, USA on the 23rd (local time).

Coachella has been the largest festival in the United States since 1999, attracting more than 200,000 spectators every year, and has attracted worldwide attention with the participation of the hottest pop stars and influential musicians.

This year, about 120 artists including aespa, Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Conan Gray, and Pink Sweat$ will appear.

On this day, aespa will perform their hit songs ‘Black Mamba’, ‘Next Level’, and ‘Savage’ on the main stage of Coachella, as well as unreleased songs especially prepared for this performance. The new song stage will also be presented, so it is expected to get a warm response from the local audience.

From their debut song ‘Black Mamba’ to ‘Next Level’ and ‘Savage’, aespa succeeded in hitting three consecutive hits, creating a syndrome. In particular, their first mini-album ‘Savage’ rose to 20th place on the US Billboard 200 chart, proving its global popularity by recording the highest ranking in the history of the first K-pop girl group album.

On the other hand, aespa’s Coachella performance will be streamed live through the Coachella YouTube channel in the afternoon on the 24th (Korean time).
