When it comes to Halloween, the K-pop universe loves to make one thing, Halloween dance practices! It’s fun to see what show or movie a group might wear. It’s rare to see super spooky but there’s a dance practice surprise at the end of the article. I have dropped down below a few of my favorite Halloween themed dance practices from recent years.
TXT – 9 and Three Quarters (Run Away)
Apparently the song itself was inspired by Harry Potter so to see them go all out in Harry Potter outfits adds to the fun. I love that they went into character throughout the dance practice. They also went all out with the Halloween decor in the back!
BVNDIT – Come and Get It
BVNDIT looked like they had a lot of fun filming this, right off the bat I recognize Sailor Moon, The Joker, and No Face from Spirited Away. Poor Jungwoo in a green peas costume haha.
Weki Meki – COOL English Ver.
Another themed Halloween outfit and it’s Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs (featuring Elmo)! They did a pretty good job acting out the personalities of each dwarf. I love how they continue to hype each other up throughout the dance practice, truly looked like a lot of fun.
(G)I-DLE – Put It Straight Nightmare Ver.
Saving the best for last, (G)I-DLE went all out with their Halloween rendition of Put It Straight. This was first performed on the survival show, Queendom. (G)I-DLE skipped all the cute costumes and went straight to creepy, it truly was well thought out. All the members did really well in portraying their characters, especially Soyeon, Yuqi, and Minnie.
