Boy group iKON is leaving YG.
YG Entertainment issued an official statement on the 30th, saying, “After long discussions with iKON members about future activities, we respect each other’s opinions and terminate the exclusive contract upon expiration of the contract period. We inform you that we have reached an agreement.”
YG Entertainment added, “We will look forward to and support our activities in various fields in the future. We also thank iKONIC for being with us on the journey of iKON. We ask for your continued interest and encouragement to the members who are about to start anew.”

Since then, iKON has grown into a popular boy group by releasing a number of hit songs such as “Love Scenario,” “Rhythm Ta,” and “Today.”
