JJCC Fire In Texas Tour: FINAL UPDATE

If you had been anxiously awaiting updates about the previously postponed JJCC Fire In Texas Tour, we regret to announce that it has been canceled. Please read the following statement, released by MACG Productions earlier today.

“Effective Monday, August 31, 2015, all activities concerning the JJCC Fire in Texas Tour and proposed activity in other states, organized by Multifacetedacg Productions (MACG Productions) and CG&J Productions are fully cancelled. JJCC will continue current schedules and activities; and all parties involved agree to conclude scheduling matters concerning JJCC Fire in Texas Tour.

Reimbursement of ticket and/or merchandise purchases, starting with the first to last purchase, will begin Thursday, October 1, 2015. Requests for refunds are not required as all ticket holders will be reimbursed for the Houston and/or Austin events. Online ticketing website fees and PayPal fees will be withheld from each purchase, as stated below.

Ticket Amounts

General Admission – KPSN Ticket Amount: $25.00 Ticketleap Fee: $2.25 PayPal Fee: $1.09 Refund: $23.91
Fire in Texas Tour T-Shirt T-Shirt Amount: $30.00 Ticketleap Fee: $2.50 PayPal Fee: $1.24 Refund: $28.76
General Admission – Austin Ticket Amount: $30.00 Ticketleap Fee: $2.50 PayPal Fee: $1.24 Refund: $28.76
VIP1 – KPSN Ticket Amount: $40.00 Ticketleap Fee: $3.00 PayPal Fee: $1.55 Refund: $38.45
VIP – Austin Ticket Amount: $50.00 Ticketleap Fee: $3.50 PayPal Fee: $1.85 Refund: $48.15
VIP2 – KPSN Ticket Amount: $60.00 Ticketleap Fee: $4.00 PayPal Fee: $2.16 Refund: $57.84

All reimbursements will be processed via PayPal.  If ticket holder’s Paypal account email address is different than what was used during purchase, ticket holder is responsible for providing the proper email to their active Paypal account to [email protected].Reference the following links for more information.

Reimbursement will be sent to the person(s) associated with the email address used during their initial transaction for JJCC FIre in Texas Tour via PayPal. Cash and check refunds, bank transfers and personal account deposits are prohibited. The online ticketing website used for JJCC Fire in Texas Tour transactions is not responsible for the policies set forth regarding reimbursement.

Donations will be reimbursed in full, starting with the first to last donor, beginning Thursday, October 1, 2015. Requests for refunds are not necessary–all supporters will be reimbursed in the manner that which they provided said contributions via PayPal.

Tickets and/or merchandise purchased from a third party (i.e. reseller, unauthorized vendor/individual) will not, in any way, be reimbursed by MACG Productions and CG&J Productions, for previously scheduled hosting venues and supporting organizations.

All aforementioned details concerning reimbursement allow for the hosting organizations to resolve reimbursements in a fair and equitable manner.

MACG Productions and CG&J Productions continue to support the efforts of JJCC and JJCC values the efforts made by the organizers, hosting venues, sponsors and supporters to bring the group to the United States.

This is the final statement regarding the JJCC Fire in Texas Tour from all parties involved.”

Please note that OneHallyu is not one of the producers of the JJCC Fire In Texas Tour. Any questions sent to us through our contact form or left as a comment on our blog will not be answered, as we may not have accurate and/or current information regarding the refund process.
