OH! Chart 190219 | Seventeen’s ‘Home’ is at the Top of the Chart

Seventeen returns for a second week at #1 on this week’s OH! Chart.

How the OH! Chart System Works:

The chart is divided into three different categories: Gaon Digital Score (60%), Hanteo Physical Sales (15%), and OH User Voting (25%). For each weekly cycle of the chart, OH users can vote for more than one nominee. However, they cannot vote for the same nominee more than once. Chart Masters will then gather the data and crunch the numbers. Once an artist achieves three wins with one song (a triple crown!), this song will be excluded from future charts.

Results:

Woody once again takes the title for most Gaon digital points with Fire Up, garnering 51,775,495 this week. This is a 4.5% increase in the song’s sales from last week, when it also placed first. MC The Max‘s song seems ironically titled at this point, since After You’ve Gone just doesn’t seem to leave. The song earns 37,415,395 points in its sixth consecutive week in the Gaon top two. Keeping last week’s rankings alive, third place is once again Song Request by Lee Sora and Suga with 30,096,338 points. Song Request was the winner in 2019 Week 06 and has remained in both the Gaon and overall top three since its chart debut.

Seventeen thrashes the Hanteo physical competition this week, selling 34,454 copies of You Made My Dawn. They’re miles ahead of our second best seller – WJSN with 5,932 copies of WJ Stay?, which originally charted for one week only in 2019 Week 03, peaking at #10. Our third highest Hanteo seller this week is rookie boy group VERIVERY with 3,551 copies of their debut mini-album VERI-US, marking their first ever appearance on the OH! Chart.

The big fandoms never disappoint when it comes to voting, seeing as our poll topper is once again Lee Sora and BTS member Suga for Song Request, earning 16 votes. Not far behind with 14 votes is WJSN‘s La La Love, making its return after four weeks away from the chart. Third place with 12 votes is Jennie‘s Solo, which just cannot die, as it’s been charting since 2018 Week 41 with no sign of dropping.

Seventeen leads overall this week with Home (14.27), which entered the chart two weeks ago at #1 before dropping to #2 last week. The song that replaced it at #1 last week is our second place this week, Song Request by Lee Sora and Suga (12.03). Woody remains stable with Fire Up, earning its second consecutive week in third place on the OH! Chart (11.27).
