Powerful girl group TWICE once again reign number one on the chart with their most recent release “Dance The Night Away”!
How the OH! Chart System Works:
The chart is divided into three different categories: Gaon Digital Score (60%), Hanteo Physical Sales (15%), and OH User Voting (25%). OH users are allowed to vote and have a say in the overall chart ranks of certain songs each week. OH users can vote for more than one nominee but cannot vote for the same nominee more than once. Every week, data from the three categories will be gathered and weighted accordingly. The artists with the highest scores will make it onto the chart. If an artist wins a triple crown, their results will not be recorded in future charts.
Results:
TWICE showed off their prowess in the digitals category with an accumulated 63,565,505 points. However, coming in first place in the digital ranking is solo artist SHAUN with a total of 66,112,105. Coming in third is MAMAMOO with a score of 47,101,808 and Apink close behind with 44,823,143 points.
Pledis boy group SEVENTEEN ruled the physicals category, racking in a whopping 268,253 copies sold. Second to SEVENTEEN in physicals is MAMAMOO, with 23,096 copies for “Egotistic”. GFRIEND’s summer comeback landed them in third place in the physicals category, with a score of 16,179 copies.
In the user voting category, TWICE won over the hearts of the audience with 57 votes. MAMAMOO also proved popular, earning a total of 37 user votes. Finally, YG Entertainment girl group BLACKPINK are still going strong with a total score of 27 votes.
TWICE sit at the top of the OH! Chart once again this week, with an overall total of 17.0 points. Following after them is SEVENTEEN, who managed a total score of 14.7 points with their release “Oh My!”. MAMAMOO also made a mark on the podium, sitting at the 3rd place spot with a total of 12.2 points.
