A world-class idol group could not be stopped from romping towards a landslide victory on debut. Mid-table nominees were competing for consolation prizes and the results came down to the wire.
How the OH!Chart system works:
The chart is divided into three different categories: Gaon Streaming and Downloads (55%), Hanteo Physical Sales (25%), and OH User Voting (20%). OH users are allowed to vote and have a say in the overall chart ranks of certain songs each week. OH users can vote for more than one nominee but cannot vote for the same nominee more than once. Every week, data from the three categories will be gathered and weighted accordingly. The artists with the 10 highest scores will make it onto the chart. If an artist wins a triple crown, their results will not be recorded in future charts.

Previous ranking: Not applicable
BTS has returned to the music scene with a refreshing new track, “DNA”. The boys showed off their vibrant images in the music video and the energetic choreography. On the vocals side of things, they have gone for a very pop style. However, the song still features powerful beats which accompany BTS’s signature powerful dance breaks. BTS only just started their comeback period and had three songs nominated this week, so they were likely to continue their success in the OH!Chart.
Can BTS continue their hot streak? Will IU take advantage of her digital prowess? Or will another debutant rise to the challenge? Let us know your thoughts below!
